Before redesigning the platform, we explored the existing user journey to identify the moments creating confusion and friction. The audit revealed opportunities to improve onboarding, navigation, communication flows, and overall usability.

Profile pages are often the deciding moment before users initiate conversations. To increase confidence and reduce hesitation, profile information, interests, trust signals, and communication actions were prioritized within a clear visual hierarchy.
